Stitch Whimsy

I saw the baby who I made the mittens for today. I grossly overestimated the size of his little hands. The hat will fit, because he has LOTS of hair, but the mittens have to be redone. That’s fine by me. More practice ;D

Speaking of practice, my mother lent me some books till I am able to get the one I want. I am ready to dig in to some different stitches now. I have been lollygagging since I got home. I just wanted to get a few things done in the house before I immersed myself in fiber. Now I can. WHOOPEE!!!
