I ordered a color of yarn that I had been looking for at the Walmart, but they took them all off the shelf. Of course, the first place I looked was online for the Royal blue yarn that I was missing. I want to add a bit more of a trim to my afghan. I also want to make a few more things with that color. I was able to find 2 skeins online. The price was a bit more than I wished to pay, but when you know that the color will be scarce till next year, you do what you have to do.

Hi! I came over from NaBloPoMo. I’m challenging myself to comment on as many blogs as possible this month.
That is a really pretty color! I learned to crochet when I was a little girl from my great-grandmother over one summer break I spent with her. I really wish now I had kept it up, because now I can’t stich to save my life. Maybe someday I’ll get a How To book and re-learn.
